COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley 871D-JW2G100B-R5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Atlas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automation-Direct product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas such as the DMH23441r07 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BOD26KLA02C06 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UK1CE70E by Manufacturer Automation-Direct as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Badley Brand 445LP4C0150KD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Automation such as 1227740078 equipment made by Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7252AD2X3ASX made by Atc as well as the popular 58520A1 original spares produced by Automated-Packaging Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 871PDD29NB140N4 by Allen-Badley and 1227740078 spares by Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BCS00C3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
